HARRISBURG – Rep. Mike Cabell (R-Luzerne) today announced the locations of his district offices as he and his staff continue providing state-related services to residents of the 117th Legislative District.

“My staff and I look forward to getting to work serving district residents,” said Cabell. “Our offices are their one-stop shop for resolving any state-related matter. Residents are also invited to just stop by and say hello.”

The hours of operation for both locations are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
In addition, Cabell will be offering satellite office hours in Salem Township on Tuesday, March 14. A member of his staff will be available to provide assistance to residents from 10 a.m. to noon at the Salem Township Municipal Building, 38 Bomboy Lane, Berwick, PA 18603.

Services the offices provide include:

• Driver’s license and vehicle registration applications and renewals.
• Assistance with PennDOT paperwork (lost cards, changes, corrections, special registration plates, vanity plates and temporary placards for persons with disabilities).
• PACE and PACENET applications.
• Help with public assistance, such as Medicaid and food stamp applications.
• Property Tax and Rent Rebate applications.
• Birth and death certificate applications.
• Voter registration forms.
• State tax forms.
• Referrals to state agencies.

The boundaries of 117th Legislative District were redrawn during last year’s reapportionment process to include the townships of Black Creek, Butler, Conyngham, Dennison, Dorrance, Fairmount, Foster, Hollenback, Hunlock, Huntington, Lake, Lehman, Nescopeck, Ross, Salem, Slocum, Sugarloaf and Union; along with the boroughs of Conyngham, Dallas, Freeland, Harveys Lake, Jeddo, Nescopeck, New Columbus, Nuangola, Penn Lake Park, Shickshinny and White Haven in Luzerne County.
